Standard Entertainment Services:
- 4 hours of play time. (no charge for set up or tear down). Each event will come with the sound you need for that event. You will get up to two full range speakers and one sub woofer. This set up is generally good for up to 150 people.
- I will act as your master of ceremonies. In addition to having a corded microphone with me at all times, there will be a cordless one available for any toasts or announcements.
- Custom tri-fold table facade (as seen in “weddings” and “why that DJ Guy?) available: My one of a kind table wrap will hide all clutter, and enhance your special event with it’s one of a kind theme matching back lighting.
- Wedding flow planner: This handy guide will ease you through the process of selecting entertainment for your day. In addition, it will take care of all special events and introductions.
- That DJ Guy at your beck and call. I will available at any time to help you with the planning process
- Event management: Most events these days do not have a dedicated planner. In these cases, I will ace as a liaison to all the vendors. Rest assured your DJ, photographer, caterer, videographer, and all other important parties will be on the same page.
- Full digital library: My database has over 40,000 songs from the 20′s up ’till today’s newest hits. All edited and family friendly.

Additional set up:
- Many times music is required to be in two places on the same day. Example: a beautiful wedding ceremony in the courtyard of a country club. Also needed would be a reception sound system as well. I have enough equipment to be able to provide you guests with the music you desire to set your mood as well as be ready to go for a fantastic reception. In addition to music, I offer a lavaliere microphone for your officiant so that everybody from the front to back can hear loud and clear. What’s more, you can even add an additional mic for readings or speeches during the ceremony!

Additional, powered speaker:
- This is perfect for a reception with multiple rooms. Perhaps you’re dream wedding takes place in an old mansion, and you have rooms that are in other locations then where dancing will take place. Not to worry, I got it covered!
Light shows! (my favorite)
- Take an average gathering to a rockin’ party in no time! We offer subtle, wash lighting all the way up to a full out club style event. This is a must have for those who want to party into the night!

- All the rage on those fancy wedding shows, imagine walking into your venue bathed in the beautiful colors of your choice. Uplighting can enhance special scenes in your hall, or simply light up the perimeter of the room. With up to twenty can lights, any room can go from dull to WOW!

- Imagine looking up and seeing a living, breathing galexy overhead. We bring that to you, indoors. We bring this to you, and it looks something like this:

System Rental:
- Having a more laid back, family gathering? Should you want music, but not necessarily an all out DJ experience I have a system available for you to operate. You can be the DJ! (Or, perhaps you know somebody with and Ipod or laptop). In these times, we all tighten our belts I guess. This option is less then half of the full cost. With an easy to use set up you can’t go wrong. I will arrive early, set up the sound system for you and show you how to use it. After your event, I will come take it away. It’s that simple. (This is the only time where I may not be the one performing services. Certainly you can agree that I may be having an event myself. Should this happen, a professional will be available to assist you and answer your questions)
Additional Time:
- Sometimes the party isn’t ready to end. Never fear, most of the time I am flexible enough to keep it goin’
*Pricing: Our prime time (Saturday evenings) pricing begins at $1,095 for the standard entertainment services. From that point, we’ll determine what other services will round out your entertainment needs.
Your event will be unlike any other events that we have ever performed at. It is impossible to treat each event as the same, and therefore impossible to simply generate a price for yours. We’ll meet and talk about what exactly it is that will make your event the most successful that we can. Be it the perfect mix of music to compliment an elegant evening to an all out party complete with a light show rivaling the best night clubs, we will discuss all the options together and generate a package that will meet and exceed your expectations.
